Any player starts the game by turning the wheel slowly in either direction even after the counter has fallen in the tray. Make sure you don't help your opponent by letting their counters fall below.
You cannot turn the wheel that your opponent previously turned. Doing so by mistake will cost you a turn, so be careful.
The counters must fall in numerical order only. If the counters fall like 1,3,2 you immediately lose the game.
If you get all your counters in the tray in numerical order or force one of the counters of your opponent in the wrong numerical order, you win the game.
You can try and set up the game in reverse order and still get them out in the correct numerical order.
You can set up the game for your opponent and then each of you can play the game blind and try to get the counters in the correct numerical order.
