Let's be honest - shopping for a baby or a kid is a minefield. A thousand options, half of them junk, and never the one thing you need at the moment you need it. The diaper box dies at 11pm. The birthday party you "definitely remembered" is tomorrow at 4. The ₹2,000 toy lasts exactly one afternoon.

We watched parents deal with this for years. We got tired of watching. So we built the app we wished existed.

What Snooplay is

A quick-delivery app for everything babies and kids need - at your door in under 60 minutes. Toys, gear, feeding, diapers, clothes, the whole circus. Not a warehouse flinging random products at you, but a properly curated catalogue, picked by people who know the difference between a toy that lasts and one that doesn't.

And how do we know the difference? We've been doing this our whole lives.

Snooplay grew out of a family that's been in the toys-and-games trade for over 40 years. We grew up in it - watching what parents bought, what kids actually loved, and the frustrating gap between the two. That's not a backstory we cooked up for a website. It's the whole reason we exist.

A few things we built and the reason behind each:

Try & Buy:  because your kid is the real customer. Here's something we figured out a long time ago: the person paying (you) and the person playing (them) are two very different people with two very different opinions. So don't gamble. Get it home, let them actually try it, keep what they love, send back what they don't. You pay only for what you keep. No guessing, no "will she even like it," no dragging a toddler across Delhi in traffic.

Under 60 minutes:  because your time disappears the second the baby cries. Fast isn't a gimmick here. When there's a crying baby and an empty diaper box at 11pm, an hour isn't a feature - it's the whole point.

Snooplay Buy Back:   because we care about more than selling you things. Your kid outgrew it in a month? (They always do.) Scan the old toy or product in the app, our AI values it on the spot, and you get Snooplay Rupees back toward the next thing. The old one doesn't go to a landfill - we clean it up, refurbish it, and send it to an NGO full of kids who'll love it just as much. (And if it's too far gone to use, it heads to responsible recyclers, never the bin.) Then we tell you exactly which NGO your kid's old thing ended up with - because "we donated it somewhere" isn't good enough, and you deserve to actually know.

What we believe, while you're here:
