The Shapies “make it yourself” Ragi cookies kit comes fully loaded with all things essential for your kid’s imagination to go wild while adding nutrition into their diet in a fun way. The kit contains, 2 x 100gm of Ragi cookie mix – power-packed with healthy ingredients, 1 pack of Choco-chips, 1 pack of sprinkles, some parchment paper, a step-by-step recipe booklet, a cute shaped cookie cutter, a soft Elsa-inspired oven-mitten, 1 perfectly sized rolling pin, a sticker sheet and a super cute customisable Elsa themed cookie tin to flaunt their achievements. Personalize your very own cookie tin by writing your name on the placeholder with a marker. It does not come with a printed name. So, come aboard a magical journey and make memories of a lifetime with your little ones! Storage instructions: Store in a cool, hygienic, and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
How to make? Step 1: Preheat your oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Step 2: Empty contents of 1 pouch (100g) of dry mix into a bowl. Step 3: Mix 35g of soft butter, 20g of chocolate chips, 5 ml of milk. Step 4: Knead into a cookie dough.
Rest the dough in fridge for 10 minutes. Step 5: Sandwich the dough between the two-parchment paper and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Step 6: Shape the cookies using the cookie cutter. Add the sprinkles on top (optional) Step7: Gently transfer the shaped cookies to a lined baking tray. Step 8: Place the baking tray in the oven and bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180°C. (Bake for 1-2 more mins for crispier cookies - watch closely to avoid it from burning.)
